Use ChatGPT to Clear TV Clutter Without Losing Your Apps

Check your TV, copy the prompts, keep an undo plan

Oct 20, 2026

Your TV home screen does not need to feel like a billboard

You turn on your TV to watch a show. First, you get rows of things to buy, apps you never chose, and suggestions you do not want.

AI can help you work through that mess. The useful part is having it check your exact TV, explain what each app does, and plan changes you can undo.

Below is the full guide, with prompts for checking your TV, making a plan, and testing the result. Free and paid subscribers get the whole tutorial.
