Set up a personal TikTok account where you DON’T follow people in your niche. Treat it like a research account.
Instead, follow creators in totally different spaces:
→ Parenting
→ Beauty
→ Comedy
→ BookTok
→ Anything that has nothing to do with what you sell

Scroll with purpose. Look for videos that are going viral, and ask:

How could I use this format, audio, or hook to talk about my own business?

💡Example: A trending “day in the life” video from a makeup artist could be turned into a behind-the-scenes for your coaching biz.

2. Track trending audios + look at how they’re used

On both IG and TikTok, the algorithm LOVES trending sounds.
But don’t just save them—study which are rising rapidly and then look at the videos of those rapidly rising audios to see if there is an accompanying trend.

• Is there a caption format that’s repeating?
