The 4 Claude Prompts I Would Use to Grow on Instagram in 2026
A simple AI content workflow for finding viral ideas, writing reels, testing hooks, and building a weekly plan.
I gave my Instagram page to Claude.
Result? 1M+ views and $6K+ in 7 days.
Random post ideas are too weak for this.
I made Claude study what was already working first.
Then I used it to turn those patterns into scripts, hooks, and a repeatable weekly plan.
If you are trying to grow on Instagram in 2026, you do not need more blank-page panic.
You need a simple prompt stack you can run again and again.
Use this in order.
Step 1: find what is already going viral
Before you ask Claude to write, ask it to study.
You want it to look for patterns.
That means the topics, hooks, formats, and feelings that keep showing up.
Copy this prompt:
Look at the top Reels, TikToks, and Reddit posts in [niche] from the last 30 days. Find the hooks, topics, feelings, and formats that keep showing up. Give me 5 angles to try.Replace [niche] with your niche.
Use something simple like:
beginner AI tools
online business
social media growth
fitness for busy moms
easy meal prep
real estate tips
Do not make the niche too broad.
Claude needs a clear lane.
Step 2: turn one angle into a short script
Pick the best angle from step 1.
Then ask Claude for one short Reel script.
Short is the point.
Most people write too much.
Copy this prompt:
Write a 30-second Reel script about [topic]. Start with a strong first line, keep each line short, build curiosity, and end with one clear takeaway and a soft CTA.Replace [topic] with the angle you picked.
If Claude gives you a script that sounds stiff, tell it:
Make this sound more like a smart friend talking. Use shorter lines. Remove any words that sound like marketing copy. Now you have the first draft.
Do not post it yet.
Step 3: make 10 stronger hooks
The first line does the heavy lifting.
If the first line is boring, the rest of the script does not get a chance.
So make Claude write more hook options before you film or post.
Copy this prompt:
Take this script and write 10 hook options. Use proof, speed, fear, surprise, or a strong opinion. Make each hook clear enough to stop someone from scrolling. Then pick the clearest hook.
Not the cutest one.
Not the one that sounds clever.
Pick the one a tired person can understand fast.
Step 4: make the whole workflow repeat
One good post is nice.
A weekly system is better.
Ask Claude to turn the idea into a repeatable plan.
Copy this prompt:
Build a simple weekly content flow for [niche]. Give me daily topics, scripts, visual ideas, captions, and hashtags. Keep the steps easy enough to repeat every week. Now you have a full content flow.
You can use it for Reels, TikToks, carousels, Threads, emails, and Substack notes.
This is how you stop starting from zero.
The simple order
Run it like this:
Study what is already working.
Pick one strong angle.
Write a short script.
Make 10 hook options.
Build the weekly plan.
Repeat next week.
That is the full loop.
The result comes from better inputs.
Claude is much more useful when you make it research first, write second, and plan third.
