One Person Empire: Part 33 Day 15: Finish the Smallest Sellable Version of Your Offer

Finish the core result, set the limits, and make delivery ready.

Oct 06, 2026
∙ Paid

Version one is done when one buyer can get the promised result without guessing. Extra lessons, bonuses, and design can wait.

My first digital product made $30K. It did not need every idea I could add. It needed a clear paid result, a path people could use, and a way to learn from buyers.

Endless polishing delays the sale and the feedback that improves the offer. Extra parts can also make the result harder to reach.

Today you will test the offer against one finish line, complete the missing core parts, cut the extras, add clear limits, run the full delivery, and fix the three worst points of friction. This is Day 15 of the 30-Day One-Person Business Challenge.

The proof behind this

I made $100K in my first 27 days online with zero experience. I built a no-code SaaS that does $60K. My first digital product made $30K. I grew to 241K followers on Instagram and more than 100K readers on Substack.

I have built products, content, and systems with small teams and with AI. A finish line keeps the work tied to what the buyer gets. It also stops a useful offer from staying in draft mode for months.

The bigger-is-better mistake

More pages, lessons, calls, and files can raise the work without raising the result. A first offer earns the right to grow after a buyer uses it.

AI can compare your contents with the promise. It can flag a missing step or repeated lesson. It cannot prove that the offer works, set honest support limits for your life, or decide that an untested claim is true.

The rule is simple: keep what creates the first result, support that path well, and move the rest to version two.

What this lesson hands you today

  • A finish-line rubric for version one.

  • A scope-cut sheet that keeps extras out.

  • A buyer run-through and friction log.

  • A three-fix rule for the last build pass.

  • Three filled examples and a beta delivery prompt.

  • A filled version card, a blank copy, and a launch-ready checklist.

The 30-Day One-Person Business Challenge

This is Day 15 of the 30-Day One-Person Business Challenge. The goal is simple: build one small business around a real problem, make the first offer, set up the path people use to buy, and start bringing the right people to it.

The 30 days follow four clear phases:

  • Days 1 to 7: Find the market and shape the offer. Pick a niche, choose your first channels, find one painful problem, study the market, choose the offer format, outline the smallest useful version, and plan the right lead magnet.

  • Days 8 to 14: Build the foundation. Choose a small tool stack, make the lead magnet, connect delivery, write the sales page, start the offer, write the email path, and wire the remaining handoffs.

  • Days 15 to 23: Finish it, test it, and get leads. Complete version one, test the buyer path, build a content system, and learn how to use short posts, communities, Pinterest, YouTube, and Substack to bring in the right people.

  • Days 24 to 30: Study what works, simplify it, and grow. Audit the full path, plan the right content, use AI and automation with judgment, build repeatable systems, add the next offer only when it fits, and choose the next test.

Every lesson has the same shape: the plain rule, the exact steps, a copy-and-paste prompt, a worksheet, a checklist, and three example businesses that run through the whole series. Read one a day and you are working the plan, not reading about it.

Direct access to me

Paid subscribers can DM me directly. Not a support inbox. Me. Stuck between two offers? Send me both. Not sure your one-page offer makes sense? Send it. I answer, and the best questions turn into future lessons.

I also run live mentorship calls where you can ask me anything with your real business on the table. Founding members get all of that plus my Instagram EDGE course, the one that normally sells for $397.

Send me the promise, the final contents, and the list of what you cut. I will tell you if version one is ready for a real buyer.

Who this is for

Five kinds of people come to this series, and this lesson gives each one a next step:

  • You have no idea what to sell. Finish the smallest version that creates the result. Day 16 tests every step.

  • You have too many ideas. Keep version two in a parking list. Day 16 tests only version one.

  • You have a normal skill. Add clear instructions and support limits around the result. Day 16 tests the buyer handoff.

  • You already have an audience but no offer. Finish the version you can invite warm people into. Day 16 checks the path before that invite.

  • You are burned out on a business that got too big. Cut custom extras and delivery pain. Day 16 proves the smaller model can run.

The receipts are above, the price is $13 a month, and you can cancel anytime. Today's steps start the minute you open the paid section. I am building the next business in public, numbers included. Plan on about an hour a day. If you want a person instead of a PDF, DM me and come to the live calls.

Why now

Three honest reasons not to wait:

  1. Tomorrow tests every click and handoff. Finish the core offer today so the test covers a real buyer journey.

  2. The 30-day challenge is landing now, in order. Join now and you get every day as it drops, plus every lesson already out, plus DM access while I am deep in the same work on my own new business.

  3. The price. $13 a month gets you all of it. I said it when I launched the series and I will say it again: join before the price goes up. It will.

Coming next in One Person Empire

Day 16 tests the full buyer journey before you send traffic. Day 17 turns buyer questions, problems, proof, and point of view into a real content system.
