Trace one fake buyer from signup to welcome. Mark every spot where a form, tag, email, payment, booking, or delivery step can fail.
I built a no-code SaaS that does $60K. I also replaced a $10K-a-month team with AI. The useful lesson was never “add more tools.” Every handoff needs a clear job, a test, and a person who knows what to do if it fails.
A quiet failure can lose a lead or delay a buyer. More links between tools also make more places to check. That is why today's work starts with a map, not an app.
Today you will connect only the steps your first offer needs. You will add a lead status, a purchase or booking note, a welcome, delivery, follow-up, a failure log, and a manual backup. This is Day 14 of the 30-Day One-Person Business Challenge.

The proof behind this
I made $100K in my first 27 days online with zero experience. I built a no-code SaaS that does $60K. My first digital product made $30K. I grew to 241K followers on Instagram and more than 100K readers on Substack.
Those systems work because the path can be seen and checked. A small business does not need a hidden web of tools. It needs each buyer to reach the next clear step.
The tool-pile trap
An automation is a rule that moves data or starts a task for you. It may add a tag, send an email, make a record, or alert you. It should remove a clear repeated step.
Connecting tools before the path is clear creates a harder problem. AI can help label steps and write a test list. It cannot log into your accounts, prove a live trigger ran, or choose what private data is safe to move unless you give it exact limits.
The rule is one buyer path, one owner, and one backup for each key handoff.

The 30-Day One-Person Business Challenge
This is Day 14 of the 30-Day One-Person Business Challenge. The goal is simple: build one small business around a real problem, make the first offer, set up the path people use to buy, and start bringing the right people to it.
The 30 days follow four clear phases:
Days 1 to 7: Find the market and shape the offer. Pick a niche, choose your first channels, find one painful problem, study the market, choose the offer format, outline the smallest useful version, and plan the right lead magnet.
Days 8 to 14: Build the foundation. Choose a small tool stack, make the lead magnet, connect delivery, write the sales page, start the offer, write the email path, and wire the remaining handoffs.
Days 15 to 23: Finish it, test it, and get leads. Complete version one, test the buyer path, build a content system, and learn how to use short posts, communities, Pinterest, YouTube, and Substack to bring in the right people.
Days 24 to 30: Study what works, simplify it, and grow. Audit the full path, plan the right content, use AI and automation with judgment, build repeatable systems, add the next offer only when it fits, and choose the next test.
Every lesson has the same shape: the plain rule, the exact steps, a copy-and-paste prompt, a worksheet, a checklist, and three example businesses that run through the whole series. Read one a day and you are working the plan, not reading about it.

Who this is for
Five kinds of people come to this series, and this lesson gives each one a next step:
You have no idea what to sell. Wire only the steps the current offer uses. Day 15 finishes the thing being sent.
You have too many ideas. One offer gets one path. Day 15 cuts the offer down too.
You have a normal skill. Focus on booking, intake, confirmation, and follow-up. Day 15 finishes delivery.
You already have an audience but no offer. Connect the audience to the new lead and sales path. Day 15 makes the offer ready.
You are burned out on a business that got too big. Keep a manual choice for every key handoff. Day 15 removes work that adds strain.
The receipts are above, the price is $13 a month, and you can cancel anytime. Today's steps start the minute you open the paid section. I am building the next business in public, numbers included. Plan on about an hour a day. If you want a person instead of a PDF, DM me and come to the live calls.
Why now
Three honest reasons not to wait:
Day 16 tests the whole buyer journey. A missing handoff found today is easier to fix before traffic arrives.
The 30-day challenge is landing now, in order. Join now and you get every day as it drops, plus every lesson already out, plus DM access while I am deep in the same work on my own new business.
The price. $13 a month gets you all of it. I said it when I launched the series and I will say it again: join before the price goes up. It will.
