Your niche is picked. Now someone has to see it.
It is Day 2. You are not late.
If you found this challenge today, next week, or after Day 30, start with Day 1 and come back. The work does not expire. Do one day at a time.
Today you will choose one place where new people can find you and one place where people can stay close to you. Then you will publish one useful post.
That is enough for Day 2.
You do not need six social accounts. You do not need a perfect brand. You do not need a month of posts waiting in a folder. One clear profile and one useful post can start a real talk with a real buyer.
This is Day 2 of the 30-Day One-Person Business Challenge. By the end of today, you will have one discovery channel, one owned home, a plain bio, a starting post, and a tiny tracking row.

The proof behind this
I made $100K in my first 27 days online with zero experience. I built a no-code SaaS that does $60K. My first digital product made $30K. I grew to 241K followers on Instagram and more than 100K readers on Substack.
None of that began with being on every app. It began with showing useful work where people could see it, listening to their replies, and giving the right people one clear next step.
Your first channel will not make every sale. Its first job is smaller. It helps you find people, hear their words, and learn which problem they want fixed.
The channel mistake that wastes your time
Posting everywhere is not a channel plan.
It can look like work. You make an Instagram post, copy it to TikTok, open a Facebook page, start a YouTube channel, and promise yourself you will also write a newsletter. Then every account feels empty and none of them gives you enough replies to learn from.
Pick one main place for discovery. Pick one home you can reach without hoping an app shows your post. Give those two places your full attention for the next 30 days.
AI can help you compare channels, turn one idea into a few formats, and clean up a draft. It cannot tell you where your real buyer spends time unless you bring it real clues. You still have to look, ask, post, and read the replies.
What this lesson hands you today
A plain guide to the three jobs a channel can do.
A five-part scorecard for choosing one discovery channel.
A simple way to choose your owned home.
A profile and bio setup you can finish in less than an hour.
Four first-post shapes for text, video, slides, and local groups.
Three filled examples, a copy-and-paste AI prompt, a tracking row, and the Day 2 checklist.
The 30-Day One-Person Business Challenge
This challenge takes you from a rough idea to a small business path you can test. Each day ends with one finished action. You build in order, so the work from one day helps with the next.
The month moves in four parts:
Days 1 to 7: find your niche, start your channels, find the problem, study the market, and shape your first offer and lead magnet.
Days 8 to 14: set up the simple tech, make the lead magnet, wire delivery, write the sales page, begin the offer, write the emails, and connect the basic automations.
Days 15 to 23: finish the offer, test the buyer path, build a content plan, and learn the lead channels that fit your buyer.
Days 24 to 30: audit your content, fill the top of the funnel, use AI and tools with care, build repeatable systems, grow the offer suite, and plan the next 90 days.
Start on the day you find it. Your Day 1 can be today. The dates on the posts are not a deadline.

I also run live mentorship calls where you can ask me anything with your real business on the table. Founding members get all of that plus my Instagram EDGE course, the one that normally sells for $397.
Who this is for
You have no idea where to post. You will use the scorecard instead of guessing.
You already opened too many accounts. You will pick one main discovery channel and let the rest wait.
You have a normal skill but no audience. You will make a clear profile and teach one small thing today.
You have an audience but no owned list. You will choose a home where people can stay close and hear from you again.
You are tired of feeding every app. You will use one simple path for the next 30 days and judge it with real replies, not mood.
If you want proof, the receipts are above. If you want speed, this lesson gives you a same-day setup. If a guru burned you before, you will track your own signs instead of trusting a promise. If you want a real person to look at your choice, send it to me.
Why now
Three plain reasons to do this today:
Day 3 needs real buyer questions. Your first post gives people a way to answer you.
A channel gets easier after the first post. Waiting keeps the blank page scary.
You are not behind. Starting today puts you on your own Day 2, and the full challenge will still be here tomorrow.
Coming next in One Person Empire
Day 3 helps you find one painful problem people already want solved. Day 4 shows you how to study the market and your competitors. Day 5 helps you choose the simplest first offer format.
The paid lesson below takes you from a blank profile to one published post. Open your Day 1 niche sentence, choose your two channels, and stop when the finish checklist says done.
