How to Yap on Camera When Your Hook Is All You Have

Eight frameworks and 50 formulas for your next video

Oct 30, 2026

You save a hook, open your camera, and say the first line. Then you stop. You know how to start the video. You still need to work out what comes next.

That gap can make a small idea feel hard to film. You try to add more words. You give more backstory. Soon, the one point you meant to make is buried in a much longer talk.

Give the thought a route before you hit Record. Choose the point, find one way to show it, and decide what the viewer can use at the end. Then pick a hook that leads into that route.

This guide gives you eight hook and framework pairs you can fill in with your own ideas. You will also get a full five-part script, lines to join your points, and the complete bank of 50 fill-in tools. Those 50 include body plans, hooks, bridges, endings, and ways to find an angle.

Use this if you teach a skill, share ideas, sell a service, or want to talk about your work on camera. Bring one real point. You can work from short notes or write the whole thing out.

The full guide is for free and paid subscribers. A free subscription gives you access to the same tools below.
