Meta Muse saw the part of my Instagram that I had to explain to every other AI tool. I connected my account, and it could work from my own posts, my saved folder, and what other creators in my niche are doing. Meta says Muse also has a connector for Facebook.
That built-in access is the breakthrough. No other AI tool I've used has had this same behind-the-scenes view of my Instagram and Facebook. It can look at my account history and the public posts from creators and competitors. I do not have to paste piles of screenshots into a chat and hope it gets the picture. I choose what Muse can access, and I can turn that access off.
Here's what that let me do:
1. See the last 60 days clearly. I asked Muse to study my niche, my competitors, viral posts, and my own content from the last 60 days. It gave me a report on the gaps, the chances I missed, and what I could test next. It had my real account history to work from.
2. Turn the audit into a week of posts. Muse used that report to make 12 posts with hooks, scripts, and useful points to teach. This is where the access pays off. The plan starts with what happened on my account, not a guess about my niche.
3. Use the posts I saved. Muse can ask for access to my saved folder, spot patterns in the posts I kept, and turn them into new ideas in my voice. The new post is mine. The saved post is a clue, not copy to steal.
4. Turn a comment into a DM. With Instagram connected, I can give Muse a clear rule: "When someone comments GUIDE on my post, send them a DM with my free guide." I set the word and the message, then test the flow on a post.
Muse can do more than creator work. Meta says it can use a browser, fill out forms, help with email and travel, and keep working after you close the app. But its inside view of Instagram and Facebook is the part I could not get from my other AI tools. It turns my real data into a plan I can use.
