You are not late.
The 30-Day One-Person Business Challenge has started, but you can join today. Your Day 1 begins when you begin.
You do not have to read every post in one night. You do not have to rush to match the date on the calendar. Start with Day 1: Find Your Profitable Niche, finish the action at the end, and come back for Day 2.
The work does not expire.
This challenge is for the person who wants to start an online business but keeps getting buried under too many ideas, too many tools, and too much advice.
For 30 days, I am walking you through the build in the right order. One clear job each day. By the end, you will have a niche, a real problem to solve, a small offer, a lead magnet, a sales path, a content plan, and a simple system you can keep improving.
You can use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude when they help. You can also do every core step by hand. AI can help you sort, draft, and build faster. It cannot replace buyer research, real proof, or your judgment.
What you are building
You are building one small path:
The right person finds you, gets a useful win, sees the offer, buys, and gets the promised result.
That path can support a service, a digital product, a paid guide, a template, a coaching offer, a newsletter, a local business, or a small no-code tool.
The first version will be small. A small path is easier to finish, test, and fix.
You do not need a big audience. You do not need a team. You do not need a perfect website. You need one buyer, one painful problem, one useful result, and one simple way to reach the next person.
The new 30-day build order
The challenge follows four clear phases.
Days 1 to 7: Find the market and shape the offer
Day 1: Find Your Profitable Niche
Pick one clear group, one painful problem, and one small result to test for 30 days.
Day 2: Claim Your Channels and Publish Your First Useful Post
Choose one discovery channel and one owned home. Set up a clear profile and post one useful idea.
Day 3: Find Your First Problem
Collect real questions and buyer words. Choose one painful problem people already want help solving.
Day 4: Study the Market and Your Competitors
Look at what people buy, praise, hate, and still need. Learn without copying.
Day 5: Pick Your First Offer Format
Match the result to the simplest service, product, session, or group offer you can deliver.
Day 6: Outline Your First Offer
Name the result, steps, limits, delivery, and finish line before you make it.
Day 7: Choose Your First Lead Magnet
Pick one small win that brings the right person closer to the paid offer.
Days 8 to 14: Build the foundation
Day 8: Map Your Simple Tech Foundation
See the full path before you choose tools. Keep the stack as small as you can.
Day 9: Create Your First Lead Magnet
Build the small win, test it, and make sure it leads toward the offer.
Day 10: Create Your First Automation
Set up simple delivery so a new lead gets what you promised.
Day 11: Write Your First Sales Page
Explain the problem, result, offer, proof, price, and next step in plain words.
Day 12: Begin Creating Your First Offer
Build the smallest useful version. Start with the result, then add what the buyer needs.
Day 13: Write Your Email Sequence
Welcome the new lead, teach something useful, and guide the right person toward the offer.
Day 14: Wire the Rest of the Foundation
Connect signup, delivery, email, sales page, checkout, and the buyer handoff. Test the path yourself.
Days 15 to 23: Finish, test, and get leads
Day 15: Finish the Smallest Useful Offer
Cut extras and finish the version a real buyer can use.
Day 16: Test the Whole Buyer Path
Walk through every click, form, email, payment, and handoff. Fix the breaks.
Day 17: Build Your Content Pillars
Choose a small set of topics tied to buyer pain, your offer, proof, and the next step.
Day 18: Research Content People Want
Use buyer questions, search, comments, Reddit, and competitor gaps to find useful post ideas.
Day 19: Make Reels and Slides That Lead Somewhere
Turn one useful idea into short video and slide posts with one clear next action.
Day 20: Use Facebook Pages and Groups With Care
Build an owned page, help inside good groups, and follow each group rule.
Day 21: Get Leads by Helping in Public
Use helpful replies and advice on Threads, Facebook groups, Reddit, Substack, and X to earn trust.
Day 22: Use Pinterest for Search-Based Leads
Make useful pins that match what your buyer is already searching for.
Day 23: Use YouTube and Substack for Deeper Trust
Choose long video, long writing, or both when your buyer needs more help before buying.
Days 24 to 30: Study what works, simplify, and grow
Day 24: Audit Your Content
Find the topics, hooks, formats, and next steps that got real attention and replies.
Day 25: Build Your Top-of-Funnel Plan
Create posts that reach new people and guide the right ones toward your owned home.
Day 26: Use AI and Automation Without Losing the Plot
Give AI good facts, check the work, and automate only the steps you understand.
Day 27: Choose Tools That Save Real Time
Compare third-party tools by the job they do, the time they save, and the risk they add.
Day 28: Build Your Own Simple Systems
Turn repeat work into checklists, prompts, templates, and small automations you can trust.
Day 29: Expand Your Offer Suite
Plan a low, middle, and high offer that helps the same buyer at different levels.
Day 30: Audit, Test, and Plan the Next 90 Days
Keep what worked. Fix what did not. Add the next lead magnet, channel, offer, or system only when the facts point there.
The three businesses you will see all month
The lessons use three running examples so you can see how the same step works in different kinds of business.
Wedding Plan Without a Planner helps a DIY couple get dates, vendors, and tasks under control.
30 Freezer Meals in One Afternoon helps a busy family plan and prep a month of dinners in one day.
Garage Weekend Reset helps a busy family get one car back in the garage by Sunday.
Each example begins small. You will see the niche, research, offer, lead magnet, content, page, emails, tools, and growth plan take shape one day at a time.
Use the example that feels closest to your idea. If none fit, copy the shape and fill it with your buyer and problem.
What each lesson gives you
Every challenge lesson is written for a beginner. You will get:
Plain context before the steps.
A small finish line for the day.
Step-by-step directions.
The three filled examples.
Copy-and-paste AI prompts when AI can help.
A human check for any fact AI cannot prove.
A fallback when you get stuck.
A checklist at the end.
A clear handoff to the next day.
You will not be told to "build a funnel" and left alone. You will see what the path is, what to write, what to check, and when to stop.
What paid subscribers get during the challenge
Paid subscribers get all 30 daily lessons. Each lesson gives you the exact steps, prompts, examples, checklists, and simple plans for that day's job.
This is work you can use while you build. You will make the niche choice, collect buyer words, shape the offer, build the lead magnet, write the page, set up the emails, make the content, and check the full path.
You also get direct help from me. Paid subscribers can DM me when they get stuck. You can send me the two ideas you cannot pick between, the offer that still feels messy, the page that is not clear, or the post that went nowhere. You also get my weekly live mentorship calls, where we can work through the real thing together.
Your paid subscription also opens the rest of One Person Empire. That includes my $0 to $100K in 27 days breakdown, the online business lessons already in the archive, AI for Entrepreneurs, Bitchwork, the prompt database, prompt packs, templates, checklists, workshops, and my lessons on digital products, no-code SaaS, audiences, Substack, and the AI systems I use in my own business.
Founding members also get my Instagram EDGE course.
You are not paying for a list of ideas. You are getting the lesson, the build tools, the examples, the archive, and a way to ask me for help when your version gets messy.
What you do not need before you start
You do not need the final business idea.
You do not need a logo.
You do not need a website.
You do not need a product made.
You do not need thousands of followers.
You do not need to know every tool.
You do not need to quit your job or make a giant promise.
Bring your real skills, limits, questions, and time. Day 1 helps you turn that raw material into one niche you can test.
Who this challenge can help
This can help you if you have no idea what to sell.
It can help if you have too many ideas and keep changing them.
It can help if you have a normal skill and do not know how to make an offer from it.
It can help if you already have an audience but no clear way to earn from your work.
It can help if your business became too big, messy, or hard to run alone.
The goal is to build a small path that fits your buyer, proof, time, energy, and skills.
How to join today
Start with Day 1: Find Your Profitable Niche.
Finish the checklist at the bottom of Day 1. Then move to Day 2.
If the live challenge is on Day 8 and you are on Day 2, stay on Day 2. Do not skip the buyer work to catch the calendar. The later lessons will make more sense when the first steps are done.
Keep one note or document for the whole challenge. Put each day's finish line in it. By Day 30, that one file will hold the first version of your business.
You are not behind. You are at the first step you have not finished yet.
Hi Liz, Joined but late so I have a few days to catch up on.. where do we find the daily posts? There is a lot of info and I am not seeing the challenge other than the one post.
